Terms & conditions

Last updated 2026 · Maintained by Hyper Training

1. Who we are

Hyper Training ("Hyper Training", "we") sells on-demand video training for Autodesk and SolidWorks software. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts are for a single person; sharing credentials or seats is not permitted.

3. Purchases and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes where required. A one-time course purchase grants ongoing access to that course. An all-access subscription grants access to the whole catalogue while the plan is active and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until it is resolved.

5. Refunds

If a course is not what you expected, contact us via the support form within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Licence to use content

Course videos, exercise files and written material remain our property. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to view them for your own learning. You may not download, re-record, redistribute, resell or use the material for group training without written permission.

7. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued automatically when you complete every lesson in a course. Certificates confirm course completion only. They are not a qualification issued or endorsed by Autodesk, Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks, or any accreditation body. We may revoke a certificate obtained through fraud or account sharing.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the platform, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Courses may be updated, replaced or retired as software versions change.

10. Trademarks

Autodesk, AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360 and SolidWorks are trademarks of their respective owners. Hyper Training is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Questions can be sent through the support form.
