This page is maintained by Hyper Training to explain what personal information the platform handles. It describes our own practices — it is not an independent audit or certification.
What we collect
- Account data — your name and email address, created when you sign up.
- Learning data — which lessons you have completed and which certificates have been issued to you.
- Purchase records — the courses or plans you bought, the amount, currency and status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Support messages — the name, email and message you send through the support form.
How we use it
To give you access to the courses you paid for, track your progress, issue and verify certificates, process payments and renewals, and answer your support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes your data
- Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions and billing records.
- Our hosting and database provider — stores accounts, progress, purchases and certificates so the platform can run.
Access controls
Accounts are protected by email-and-password or Google sign-in. Data is separated per account by database access rules, so your progress, purchases and certificates are only readable by you and by Hyper Training administrators. Course videos stay locked unless you own the course, hold an active plan, or the lesson is marked as a free preview.
Public certificate lookup
Anyone holding a certificate code can look it up on the verification page. That lookup returns the recipient name, course, hours and issue date — nothing else. Only people you give the code to can perform the lookup.
Cookies and storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in. Stripe may set cookies needed for secure checkout and fraud prevention.
Retention and deletion
Account, progress and certificate records are kept while your account exists so your certificates stay verifiable. Purchase records are kept as long as required for financial and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your requests
To access, correct or delete your data, send a request through the support form using the email address on your account. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Reporting a problem
If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue, contact us through the support form with the subject "Security" and please do not publicly disclose it before we have replied.
